Located on Albertplein, facing the North Sea, Matignon is a three-bedroom apartment defined by a restrained palette of light, natural materials.

The apartment is currently offered for sale through Immo Brown Knokke.
Light oak, natural stone and soft mineral finishes flow throughout the interior, creating continuity between the different spaces.
Bespoke joinery introduces a recurring rhythm of horizontal and vertical lines, while subtle curves soften the architecture.
Throughout the apartment, material, proportion and detail are reduced to their essence: creating a quiet interior shaped by light, tactility and repetition.
In the bathroom, this language becomes more sculptural. A curved niche above the bath is traced by integrated light, subtly referencing the movement and rhythm of the sea beyond.
